Work remotely from anywhere in California for a growing firm with a talented team and a great culture!
Responsibilities
- Provide legal defense in insurance-related cases, including general liability and pro liability.
- Manage a caseload from start to finish, including discovery, negotiations, and trial preparation.
- Collaborate with clients and team members to develop case strategies.
Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of litigation experience.
- Insurance defense experience required; premises liability experience preferred.
- Admission to the California State Bar.
- JD from an accredited law school.
