Role Overview
As a virtual SLP, youll provide comprehensive speech-language servicesincluding assessments, therapy, and personalized interventionsvia our secure teletherapy platform. Youll work closely with educators and families to support students academic and social development.
Key Responsibilities
Provide virtual speech-language therapy to K12 students across Washington, D.C.
Conduct assessments and evaluations in compliance with D.C. Public Schools and local charter guidelines
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting and progress tracking
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of sessions and student progress
Collaborate regularly with school teams, families, and other service providers
Use interactive digital tools to engage students and enhance therapy outcomes
Qualifications
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Valid District of Columbia SLP license and ASHA CCCs
Minimum of 2 years of school-based experience (remote experience preferred)
Comfortable using digital platforms and teletherapy tools
Excellent communication, time-management, and organizational skills
Reliable internet connection, webcam, and computer
