Accountabilities

As Head of Product, you will:

  • Manage and mentor a team of Product Owners, overseeing hiring, onboarding, and career development
  • Align product group roadmaps with broader business and technical strategies
  • Lead prioritization efforts, balancing urgent issues, strategic goals, and long-term product vision
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams including Engineering, Sales, Support, and Customer Success to ensure smooth delivery
  • Translate company‑level goals into team objectives, KPIs, and actionable execution plans
  • Drive execution of group‑level initiatives such as donor and organization experience improvements
  • Provide thought leadership, fostering a product culture centered on innovation, data‑driven decisions, and customer value

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years leading teams of 5+ direct reports
  • Proven ability to drive strategic alignment and lead full product lifecycles (discovery, delivery, iteration)
  • Strong analytical skills with a metrics‑driven approach to decision‑making
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to inspire teams and align stakeholders
  • Fluency in English (C1) and Russian (native), both spoken and written
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex initiatives in a distributed environment
  • Availability to work remotely within CET hours (9:00‑18:00)
  • Nice to have: experience with large‑scale SaaS or B2C products, payments, localisation, or CRM integrations; background in nonprofit or mission‑driven organizations
