Summary:

As a Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing financial strategies to enhance the delivery of Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) services. Your responsibilities will include conducting financial analyses, generating insightful reports, and providing strategic recommendations to enhance the utilization of resources.

Responsibilities:

– Analyze financial data, including revenues, expenditures, and cost projections, to support decision-making processes.
– Prepare and review CCBHC Cost Reports, budgets, and related documents, adhering to project specifications.
– Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and evaluate Payment Program Access (PPS) models, identifying trends and recommending actionable solutions.
– Present clear and concise financial analyses to executive management and other relevant stakeholders.

Requirements and Skills:

– A master’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration.
– Proven experience (5-10 years) in fiscal management or administration, with a focus on financial systems and controls.
– Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial management practices.
– Familiarity with auditing, billing compliance reviews, and trend analysis in healthcare settings.
– Experience working with CCBHC clinics and understanding of healthcare billing policies.
– Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and communicate complex financial concepts clearly.

Compensation:

Our compensation structure is contract-based and varies depending on project requirements and successful contract execution. While the minimum rate for this position is $50,000, specific details will be discussed during the interview process.
