What will I do?
- Relationship Virtuoso: Serve as the primary point of contact for select clients, crafting end-to-end relationship symphonies that resonate with client needs and orchestrate timely, meaningful feedback to the account team.
- Strategy Conductor: Participate in high-stakes account planning discussions, aligning goals and strategies to ensure project delivery hits all the right notes.
- Opportunity Scout: Embark on client site missions to unearth new opportunities and nurture business growth through strategic farming initiatives.
- Excellence Architect: Implement cutting-edge improvement practices and risk mitigation strategies, fine-tuning client satisfaction and project outcomes to perfection.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Industry Veteran: 8+ years of sales/commercial experience, with at least 3 years of expertise working with US-based clients in the IT/nearshoring symphony.
- Client Whisperer: A highly energetic persona with the social skills to build and maintain trust-based relationships that stand the test of time.
- Location Maestro: Based in the cultural hubs of NYC or the San Francisco Bay Area, with the ability to make on-site appearances at client offices as needed.
- Language Virtuoso: Native/bilingual English level, capable of communicating complex ideas with clarity and charisma.
