Previous data entry, Administrative, or Customer Service experience is preferred.

Starting pay for this position is $15/hr.

Your Responsibilities as a Admin Researcher/Dispatcher:

  • Route damage locate tickets to USIC staff, customers and contractors; make changes as necessary

  • Receive calls and e-mails with damage ticket information from One Call center, customer or contractor, and complete timely dispatch of the tickets to the appropriate USIC staff

  • Answer calls, investigate associated ticket, and relay information back to the homeowner

  • Prepare tickets for billing, faxing standby sheets to customers, and other administrative tasks

  • Research prints by using multiple utility programs

  • Identify various utilities; e.g. water mains, gas mains, electric, etc.

  • Research and attach service grids to tickets or packets

  • Provide general data entry support

What we need from you! (Our requirements):

  • High school education or GED required; some college preferred

  • Data entry experience preferred

  • Ability to utilize computers and other office equipment

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel and Outlook

  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills

  • Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to work in a multi-line phone system environment
