For nearly 50 years, Craddick Candland & Conti has defended doctors, nurses, and hospitals in professional negligence actions. We are searching for bright, hard-working individuals who are looking for a start in this unique field of practice.
We have an immediate opening for a full-time attorney with 0-5 years of experience in litigation. Medical malpractice experience is helpful, but not necessary. The first six months of training requires full-time in-office work, but transitions to hybrid in-office/remote once training is complete.
Candidates must be licensed to practice law in California.
Qualifications
Responsibilities include:
- Court appearances
- Drafting motions
- Conducting depositions
- Discovery
- Summarizing medical records
- Pre-trial/arbitration work
The work environment is supportive and collaborative, and includes an excellent support staff. We have a robust document management system, which maximizes attorney productivity both remotely and on-site.
The firm offers competitive compensation and excellent benefits. Salary range from $100,000 – $120,000, DOE.
