Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls and respond to emails regarding service inquiries, billing questions, and technical support issues.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer problems on the first contact whenever possible.
- Troubleshoot common service issues following established procedures.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to specialized support teams.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow communication scripts when necessary and practice active listening.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.

- Go the extra mile to engage customers fully.
- Utilize knowledge base and support resources effectively.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service or call center environment is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to listen actively and empathize with customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using computers and navigating multiple software applications simultaneously.
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Ability to sit for extended periods and work on a computer.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays, depending on operational needs.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes and systems.
- Legal right to work in the US.
- Residency in Pennsylvania is required for tax and employment purposes, preferably near Philadelphia.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help.
- Previous remote work experience is a plus.
