Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming customer calls and respond to emails regarding service inquiries, billing questions, and technical support issues.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer problems on the first contact whenever possible.
  • Troubleshoot common service issues following established procedures.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to specialized support teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow communication scripts when necessary and practice active listening.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers fully.
  • Utilize knowledge base and support resources effectively.
  • Ensure customer data privacy and security.
  • Provide information about products and services.
  • Process orders, forms, and applications.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
  • Adapt communication style to different customer personalities.
  • Participate in remote team meetings and training sessions.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service or call center environment is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to listen actively and empathize with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using computers and navigating multiple software applications simultaneously.
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods and work on a computer.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays, depending on operational needs.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes and systems.
  • Legal right to work in the US.
  • Residency in Pennsylvania is required for tax and employment purposes, preferably near Philadelphia.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to help.
  • Previous remote work experience is a plus.
  • Technical aptitude for troubleshooting basic issues.
