As a mid-market Account Executive, you will play an instrumental role in fueling Flosum’s growth through acquiring, growing, and expanding under-penetrated mid-market accounts. In this role, you will help build out a new team and GTM motion at Flosum.

You’ll be considered a solid candidate for this role if you have:

Minimum of 2+ years of full sales cycle/closing experience

Strong operational acumen and ability to manage high volumes and high-velocity work

Ability and motivation to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment

A genuine desire to see customers benefit from the investment they make with you

Ability to leverage established relationships and proven sales techniques for success

Effective communicator, strong interpersonal skills

Motivated, driven and results-oriented

Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills

You’ll get bonus points if you have:

Prior experience in a sales and/or customer-facing role at a high-growth technology company

A good, working understanding of DevOps.

Experience working with or for Salesforce, a keen understanding of their ecosystem, and an appreciation for using Salesforce as a development platform.

Success selling with multiple partner types.

A sense of urgency and scrappiness that separates you from the crowd.

During the typical day, you may work on one or more of the following pursuits:

Seek to understand Prospects’ unique business challenges and patiently construct a transformational solution.

Demonstrate how Flosum solves the identified problems by delivering Discovery Workshops, Demos, and ROI-driven documentation.

Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities within the mid-market.

Manage weekly reporting and analysis of the sales pipeline, keeping opportunities up to date in our SFDC CRM system.
